of course it’s using the bone broth all of their soups which are really meals are also low-carb and keto friendly all of them so whether you go for a broth or you go for a soup they’re definitely going to work within a low-carb spectrum so I give them an 8 or 9 out of 10 the only reason I don’t give them a full 10 is because they don’t offer a bunch of different organic varieties
